Welcome

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from with in.

"Who you are is what you have to offer."
This life is a gift and you are meant to live every second of it. The greater your capacity to be with all that life brings, the more open you are to the beauty and opportunities available to you at every juncture. Being present to yourself when you are happy and comfortable is easy. Being present to more
difficult human experiences … not so easy. Fortunately, the secret to a life lived well does not lie in being comfortable or in the attainment of wealth, fame or even respect. If it did, these darker places would be tragic indeed. True joy and contentment come with strength that develops when you are able to courageously walk through the hard times, all the while staying present to yourself. It is in the discovery of who you truly are and being responsible and authentic to what you were put on this earth for.
My role is to support you through whatever has come up in your life that feels daunting and to travel with you. By accepting what is happening and learning ways to be present with yourself, not only are you able to make it through these times, but you will be better because of them. Psychotherapy/counselling can help you go through hardships and emerge to live fully.
I have been in practice for over 20 years and I bring experience and skills in a number of modalities. Together we will map out a tailor-made process to allow you to be the best you can be. “Who you are is
what you have to offer.”

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answers.
